Digital Products

All digital items, including but not limited to design files and website facelifts, are non-refundable under any circumstance. By purchasing, you agree to this no-refund policy.


Turnaround Time


  • Digital Products: Processing time is 3–10 business days.
  • Physical Products (foils, adhesive, tumblers, hats, etc.): Processing time is 2–7 business days.
    Please note this does not include shipping time.



Resale Policy

Products purchased from us are for personal use only and not authorized for resale without written permission. Unauthorized resale may result in order cancellation, permanent ban, and legal action.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages. All tracking information will be provided once shipped.

At Bowen Arrow Co. we are committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of our products and brand. Please be aware that all products sold through our website are intended for personal use only and are not authorized for resale.


Unauthorized resale includes, but is not limited to:


  • Selling our products on third-party platforms (e.g., Etsy, Amazon, eBay)
  • Reselling in brick-and-mortar stores or online shops
  • Repackaging or rebranding our products as your own

Destashing (reselling your purchases items) is allowed under the following conditions:


  • You may not charge more than the original purchase price.
  • It must be clearly stated that the items came from Bowen Arrow CoViolations may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or legal action.

 


We do not permit the redistribution or resale of our items without a formal written agreement.


Consequences of Unauthorized Resale:

  • Immediate cancellation of current and future orders
  • Permanent ban from purchasing on our website
  • Issuance of a cease and desist letter
  • Potential legal action for breach of terms or intellectual property infringement
